David Warren is President and CEO of Bridgeford Trust Company and a member of the Board of Directors. He is an attorney with over 15 years of professional experience practicing law and working in the financial services industry serving the trust and wealth management needs of high and ultra high net worth families across the nation.
Mr. Warren was recruited out of Barley Snyder, a large and prestigious Mid-Atlantic law firm, to join the Wealth Management/Trust Department of a large regional bank as a Vice President/Senior Trust Administrator. In this position, Mr. Warren worked extensively with wealthy families and individuals on a variety of trusts and fiduciary issues. He subsequently transitioned his career to Bank of New York Mellon and later PNC Wealth Management where he worked exclusively and extensively with high and ultra high net worth families on various wealth management issues including asset protection and legacy planning.
Mr. Warren is very active in the community having served in leadership roles for many non-profit organizations over the years including both the Lancaster Bar Association and Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council. He is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster and a member of Vistage International, the world’s foremost executive leadership organization, as well as a 2012 recipient of the prestigious “Forty Under 40″ award by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal. Mr. Warren is also a lecturer for the PA Bar Institute, the continuing education arm of the PA Bar Association, and a former adjunct professor at Harrisburg Area Community College where he taught courses in the business law and paralegal programs, such as Trust and Estates and Business Law.
Terry Harris is a member of the Board of Directors for Bridgeford Trust Company, serving as Chairman of the Board. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Principal at McKonly & Asbury, LLP.
Mr. Harris began his career at McKonly & Asbury and became the firm’s youngest partner at age 27. Mr. Harris quickly established himself as a recognized expert in the areas of real estate and affordable housing, building the firm’s practice in these areas from scratch to the one of the largest practice areas firm wide. Mr. Harris also works extensively with family businesses, high net, and ultra high net worth families providing sophisticated tax and consulting services. Mr. Harris led the firm as Managing Partner from 2003-2016. Under his leadership, the firm doubled in size, opened additional offices, made several acquisitions, and emerged as one of the largest and most prestigious accounting firms in Central Pennsylvania with a stellar reputation for serving the needs of family businesses, their owners, and families.
Mr. Harris is very active in the Central Pennsylvania Community, having held leadership board positions for a number of business and non-profit organizations. Mr. Harris is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Capital BlueCross, serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Harris is active in PrimeGlobal, one of the largest associations of independent public accounting firms in the world, and recently completed service on the North American Board of Directors for six years. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of several other community organizations. In addition, Mr. Harris is a past Chairman of the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council.
Kurt Trimarchi is Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations with Bridgeford Trust Company and a member of the Board of Directors. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Managing Partner at McKonly & Asbury, LLP. Having previously served as a Tax Service Coordinator for the Mid-Atlantic Office of an international top four accounting firm, Mr. Trimarchi has over 20 years of broad domestic and international tax experience serving family businesses and high and ultra high net worth individuals and families across the United States.
Mr. Trimarchi transitioned his practice to McKonly & Asbury in 2003 and continues to provide sophisticated tax planning advice to many of the wealthiest families in the region. While at McKonly & Asbury, Mr. Trimarchi launched the Private Client Services Group which specializes in helping families protect, enhance, and transfer wealth and values. Mr. Trimarchi has worked extensively with trusts and fiduciary law throughout his entire professional career.
Mr. Trimarchi is very active in the community serving in various leadership roles and is a recipient of the prestigious “Forty Under 40” award by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants as well as a member of the Corporate Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central PA. He is also an active member of Vistage International and the Elizabethtown College Family Business Center where he is also co-facilitator of the Center’s Generation Next which develops next generation leadership.
Greg Lowe is Vice President of Bridgeford Trust Company and a member of the Board of Directors. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of McKonly & Asbury, LLP and as a Senior Partner in the firm, he oversees all operational management of the firm including Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, Office Services, Human Resources, and Recruiting.
Mr. Lowe has extensive experience in the areas of outsourcing professional services and achieving lean and profitable operations. His prior professional experience includes serving as President of a national information systems consulting and outsourcing company, with over 600 employees and offices in multiple states. In this capacity, Mr. Lowe participated in various buy-sell opportunities for the company and several corporate wide reorganization projects. He has completed graduate level negotiation and management course work at Wharton Business School and Harvard University.
Mr. Lowe is very active in the Central Pennsylvania Community having served on a number of business and non-profit boards and is also a recipient of the prestigious “Forty Under 40” award presented by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal.
Todd Bernhard is Senior Trust Administrator with Bridgeford Trust Company and a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Bernhard is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the National Graduate Trust School. He is also a Certified Financial Services Counselor and a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist. In addition, Mr. Bernhard is a member of the South Dakota Governor’s Task Force on Trust Administration, Review, and Reform and is a past president of the Sioux Falls, South Dakota Estate Planning Council.
Linda Voller is a Trust Officer with Bridgeford Trust Company.
Ms. Voller administers trusts with full discretionary authority and works with the families and investment managers to adhere to the requirements of trust documents while also meeting the needs of the beneficiaries.
Ms. Voller holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Bismarck State College, Bismarck, ND. She is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA™) designation.
Melissa Haaland is an Assistant Trust Officer with Bridgeford Trust Company.
Ms. Haaland’s primary job function is to administer trust relationships within our global footprint. She is a goal driven individual with a solid track record of strong attention to detail, problem solving, and follow through capabilities. Ms. Haaland is recognized for her exceptional work ethic and tenacity. She administers domestic and international relationships and has participated in Bridgeford Trust’s international expansion initiatives. During times of rapid globalization, foreign families are seeking out Bridgeford Trust for tax and administration benefits, and as such, one of her focuses is serving the needs of Bridgeford Trust’s international clients and families.
Ms. Haaland is on track to graduate from the American Bankers Association trust school, a three year school where she has learned the complexities of trust administration, fiduciary law, personal financial management, and tax and estate planning.
Ms. Haaland is active the community, serving as a volunteer for the Make a Wish Foundation.
