Lauren Wolf is Human Resources Director at Bridgeford Trust Company. In this role, she manages recruiting and onboarding, oversees employee benefits and payroll, and supports people management, employee relations, and culture development across Bridgeford’s family of companies.

With more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Lauren has worked in the healthcare and technology industries, specializing in recruiting and employee relations while providing broad support to employees in a variety of areas. She is SHRM-SCP certified and an active member of the Sioux Empire Society for Human Resource Management.

Lauren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Human Resources from South Dakota State University.
