Prior to joining Bridgeford Trust Company, Lauren worked in the healthcare and technology industries, where she specialized in recruiting and employee relations while providing broad human resources support to employees. Her experience included supporting employees through various stages of the employment lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing employee relations and development.
